The service
wantanaccountant.com is operated by ROSTO SRL, a limited liability company incorporated in Romania (Trade Register no. J40/9904/1994, tax and EU VAT number RO5801425), registered office Str. Știrbei Vodă nr. 166, bloc 20C, ap. 5, sector 1, 010121 Bucharest, Romania. We help business owners in the United States and the United Kingdom find an accountant: you describe your business once, and we pass your request to up to three accountants who serve your state or region, who may then contact you with a quote.
The service is free for business owners. Accountants pay to receive requests. You are never obliged to accept a quote.
What we are not
We are not an accounting firm, CPA firm or tax adviser, and we do not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. Quotes, engagement terms and services are agreed directly between you and the accountant, who is solely responsible for them. Information in our guides and tools is general and may not fit your situation — check with a qualified accountant before acting on it.
Your request
Please give accurate information. We may decline or delete requests that are incomplete, abusive, duplicated or not a genuine search for an accountant. We aim to pass requests on within one business day, but cannot guarantee that an accountant will be available in every area.
Tools and guides
Calculators and articles are provided for general information, without warranty. Tax rules change; always confirm with HMRC, the IRS or your state, or with an accountant.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the services provided by accountants, or for decisions you make based on quotes, guides or tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
