Parties
These terms apply between ROSTO SRL, a limited liability company incorporated in Romania (Trade Register no. J40/9904/1994, tax and EU VAT number RO5801425), registered office Str. Știrbei Vodă nr. 166, bloc 20C, ap. 5, sector 1, 010121 Bucharest, Romania (“we”) and the accountancy practice, CPA firm or accounting professional that creates a partner account (“you”).
What we provide
We collect quote requests from business owners and assign each request to no more than three accountants serving the requester’s state (US) or region (UK). There is no exclusivity. You choose the states or regions you cover in your account.
Prices and payment
United States: $20 per unlocked request, or request packs (10 for $160, 50 for $900, 100 for $1,600, 200 for $2,800). No sales tax is added.
United Kingdom: £15 per unlocked request, or request packs (10 for £120, 50 for £675, 100 for £1,200, 200 for £2,100). Prices exclude VAT; as the service is supplied to businesses from outside the UK, UK VAT is accounted for by you under the reverse charge where applicable.
Payment is by card via Stripe — per request when you unlock it, or in advance for packs. An invoice is issued for every payment. There is no subscription and no minimum term.
Replacement of unusable requests
A request that is clearly unusable (wrong contact details, no answer after several documented attempts, outside your area, or fictitious) can be reported within 7 days from your account or to partners@wantanaccountant.com. After checking, we replace it free of charge.
Your obligations
You confirm that you are entitled to provide the services you offer — in the US, for example, a valid CPA licence where you hold yourself out as a CPA, or Enrolled Agent status; in the UK, membership of a professional body or supervision for anti-money-laundering purposes as required — and that you hold appropriate professional indemnity or liability insurance. You will use requesters’ data only to contact them about their request, will not resell or share it, and will act as an independent controller for your own dealings with them, in line with applicable data protection law (UK GDPR, GDPR, and US state privacy laws where relevant).
Notifications
We send service notifications about your account by email and, where you consented, by text message or WhatsApp. You can turn them off in your account at any time; US numbers can reply STOP.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that misuses requesters’ data, pays late or harms the service’s reputation.
Liability
We do not guarantee a number of requests or that a request will become a client. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law; the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
