Questions practices ask us

How much does a request cost?+
It depends on how you buy: £13.50 per request with the 50 pack, £12 with the 100 pack and £10.50 with the 200 pack. Without a pack you pay £15 per unlocked request. No subscription and no set-up fee.
How are requests checked?+
Every request is reviewed before it’s sent: consistent details, a real business, usable contact details and a genuine need for an accountant. Requests that don’t pass are not sent to you.
How many firms receive the same request?+
Three at most, including you. We promise businesses no more than three quotes so they can compare without being chased — and we stick to it. Requests are never resold.
What if a request can’t be used?+
Let us know and we’ll replace it free of charge — for example if the number is wrong, or the business says it never asked for quotes.
What do I see for each request?+
Name and contact details, region and town, business structure, sector, VAT position and tax returns, monthly sales and purchase invoices, staff, the services needed, preferred way of working, budget and start date.
Do I have to sign a long contract?+
No. Buy a pack or pay per request, with no monthly subscription and no penalty if you stop.
